Pyramid Constructions
SKS group is pleased to announce that Pyramid Constructions has been appointed as the builder for The Groves Attadale. As a multi-winning builder, Pyramid Constructions will be bringing their expertise in building high-end luxury development to live at the Swan River precinct apartments.
Pyramid constructions director Anthony Chillino said “We are extremely excited and honoured to work with a prestigious and likeminded family-owned organisation such as SKS Group, who also have a preference to develop and build high quality projects in wonderful locations around Perth.
“We believe a main feature would be the inclusion of high-quality finishes throughout as a standard for this development. They are appointed with many features which would normally be an upgrade such as each apartment being fully air-conditioned throughout. These standards enable buyers to simply purchase off the plan without necessarily upgrading any items and compromising their expectations, lifestyle and quality of living,” said Mr Chillino.
Construction on The Groves is on track for completion by early 2023.
